Co-presidents: Orion Alexander and Vince Bugni

Purpose of Snowriders' Club: Our purpose is to increase our physical health and social interactions, as well as to reduce our stress, while being actively engaged in a positive winter sport activity we enjoy. Traveling to Mt. Hood mid-week enables us to return to our classes for the remainder of the week with renewed energy.

Benefits of Snowriders' Club: Our club benefits the Estacada High School Ranger population by encouraging bonding and friendships across the student body, through six mid-week, night trips to Mt. Hood to ski and/or snowboard.

Meeting Times and Locations: Six Wednesdays during January and February from 2:30 to 10:00 PM.

Bylaws and Procedures:
-Club members must attend school all periods on trip days.
-Club members must wear a crash helmet.
-Each member must attend one mandatory pre-season orientation meeting.

Past Information: Snowriders' Club is open to all Estacada High students who enjoy snowboarding and skiing! For six Wednesdays during January and February, we depart Estacada High at 2:45 PM in a District school bus for Mount Hood Meadows, arriving about 4:00 PM, to enjoy some fun and snowriding with your friends! We return to the High School parking lot by around 10:00 PM. Cost varies from year to year, but this year students have until December 19, 2015 to sign up on the Mt. Hood Meadows Go program site for a total cost of $125 for lift costs for all six nights. Gear rental and/or lessons are an additional optional cost. If you miss this deadline, you can buy a night season pass for $129 anytime during the season. Pick up a packet of paperwork in the EHS ASPIRE Office, which you must fill out completely and return to Mrs. Bugni, in order to participate. Looking forward to a fun Snowriders' season 2016!
